Promotion terms and conditions Mitsuba Spice Rush

These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion: ‘Mitsuba Spice Rush’. Hereinafter referred to as Promotion.

1. General

• • The Promotion is organised by Mitsuba Snacks by Menken Orlando B.V., with its registered office and place of business at Stationsplein 4 in (2275 AZ) Voorburg, the Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as: ‘the Organiser’).
  • By participating in the Promotion, the participant declares to agree to these promotion terms and conditions.
  • The Promotion runs from 01-01-2026 to 31-12-2026 and can be played both physically and online.

2. Changes

• The terms and conditions were amended as of 01/01/2026.
• Winners are no longer drawn weekly, but monthly.
• After winning a prize, a participant is excluded from further prize draws for a period of 3 months.

3. Participation

• Participation is open to persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the Netherlands, Germany or the United Kingdom.
• Participation is free of charge.
• Each participant may play multiple times to increase his or her chances of winning, provided the rules of the game are followed.
• The Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend and/or terminate the Promotion, provided this is not to the detriment of the participant. Notification of this will be made on the promotion website.
• After winning a prize, a participant is excluded from further prize draws for a period of 3 months.

4.  Selection of winners

• Every month, the person with the highest score that month receives a prize. This is raffled off among that month’s weekly winners.
• Every month, prizes are raffled off among all participants who participated in that month, regardless of score.
• The draw of the monthly raffle prizes will take place within 7 days after the end of the month.
• Winners will be notified personally via email.

5. Prizes 

The Promotion can be played both online and offline. These versions are not tied to each other. Therefore, a different prize mechanism is valid for the versions.

5.1.2.Monthly prizes:

• One winner will be selected each month to receive a €100 voucher. If the winner resides

5.1.3.Lottery prizes (monthly):

• • 2x dinner restaurant vouchers worth €75.
  • 5x cinema vouchers worth €15.

5.1.4.Prizes are not transferable, redeemable or payable in cash.

5.2 Physical Promotion 

• In each physical promotion, there are specific prizes to be won which will be communicated on location that day.
• Winners of the physical promotion will be notified by email within 7 days of the action.
• Winners may be selected based on high score and a draw among all participants.

5.3 Prize-giving process

• • The winner will be notified by email to the email address entered.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited.
  • The prize or any residual value is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  • In case of incomplete/incorrect data of a participant, the Organiser reserves the right to retrospectively forfeit the right of a prize. In this case, the prize will be given to the next winner.

6. Exclusion

• The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of fraud, abuse or other violations of these Terms of Promotion.
• Employees of the Organiser are excluded from participation.

7. Liability

• • The Organiser is not responsible for technical faults, inaccuracies or other factors beyond its control that may prevent participation in the promotion.
  • The Organiser accepts no liability for any damages arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prizes.

8. Privacy

• • Personal data of participants will only be used for the execution of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

  • Consent for personal data can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to info@mitsubasnacks.com

9. Other provisions

• • The Organiser reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without giving any reason.
  • In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, the Organiser will decide.
  • All intellectual property rights that may rest on texts, images, layout, software and/or other information relating to the Promotion belong to the Organiser.
  • The promotion is in accordance with the Code of Conduct Promotional Games of Chance
