Hot Summer Campaign Terms and Conditions

These conditions apply to the action ‘Hot Summer Campaign, 1x Japanese BBQ, 5x Fatboy, 5x Hot Ones : “Action”.

The Campaign is organised by Mitsuba Snacks by Menken Orlando B.V., with its registered office and place of business in (2275 AZ) Voorburg at Stationsplein 4 (hereinafter: ‘Mitsuba’).
Participation the Promotion is only open to persons aged 18 and over, residing in Europe (hereinafter: the ‘Participant’).
The Promotion consists of a win action in which 1 main prize and 10 other prizes will be given away. These include 1x Kamado Japanese BBQ, 5x Fat boy Lamzac, 5x Hot ones sauce pack. This means a total of 11 prizes will be given away to 11 winners.
The Promotion starts on 01-06-2024 and runs until 11-08-2024 (hereinafter ‘the Promotion Period’).
Mitsuba may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions of Action during the Action Period, or without giving any reason, amend or modify them unless it is to the detriment of the participants

To participate in the Promotion, you will be asked to like and follow Mitsuba’s social media with a personal account.
You guarantee that all data provided by you is correct, up-to-date and complete.
For the purpose of awarding the prizes, it is important that the requested personal details are filled in truthfully. The selected winners will be asked for their name and address details in order to send the prize won.
The personal data you provide may be used by Mitsuba, in accordance with the privacy statement at www.mitsubasnacks.com (click on Privacy and Cookie Statement).
The winner authorises Mitsuba to use a photo selected by him/her with the prize won for marketing/pr purposes, if the winner has agreed to this in writing, without giving him/her any compensation, benefit or right other than awarding his/her prize.

Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period is free of charge.
Any natural person aged 18 or over and resident in Europe is entitled to take part in this Promotion. If the winner does not fulfil these conditions, the prize cannot be awarded. Another winner will be chosen.
Participation takes place by liking a post communicating the promotion on @mitsubasnacks on Instagram or @mitsubasnacks_ on TikTok, following the social account.
Mitsuba reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in case of manipulation or suspected manipulation of the competition.
By submitting the information, the participant agrees that Mitsuba will store the information in accordance with the AVG and use it to award the prize.
Participants must comply with the Social Media Advertising Code.
A participant may participate in multiple posts on social media.
Winners must send a message back with the requested details within 7 days of the announcement. If the winner fails to respond within this period, a new winner will be selected. As a result, all rights to compensation for the original winner will expire and cannot be invoked.

For this promotion, 11 prizes will be awarded to the selected winners. The prizes include 1x Japanese BBQ from Kamado, 5x Fat boy Lamzac, 5x Hot ones sauce pack.
Winners will be announced via the story feature on Instagram and TikTok. Winners will also receive a private message
For each post on social media in which Mitsuba mentions the win promotion, a random prize will be raffled off among the participants of that particular post. This means that from the responses under each win action post (11 in total), a winner will be selected for 1 of the 11 random prizes. This is done through a draw.
Mitsuba intends to announce the winners in wk 26, 27, 29, 30, 31. Mitsuba reserves the right to deviate from this schedule.
Mitsuba aims to send the prizes within 10 working days of selecting the winner. Mitsuba does not derive any rights from this, should delays in the process arise in any way.
The drawing of the winners shall be conducted randomly by drawing lots through the app Giveaway Picker.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or other goods.

Employees of Mitsuba and Menken Orlando B.V. are excluded from participation.
In cases not provided for in these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by Mitsuba.
Mitsuba reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time and without giving reasons.
Mitsuba shall act in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance of the Netherlands and Germany with its social media Sample Actions.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Participants who do not comply with the above terms and conditions may be excluded from participation.
