Spicy roast beef with crunchy Thai Chilli Crispies topping Tough guy snack 15 min 4 servings By Danny Jansen & Patricia Snijders For this recipe ½ tsp dried chilli peppers ½ lime, zest and juice 1 tbsp salted soy sauce (Kikkoman) 1 tsp honey 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp sunflower oil 1 tbsp chives, cut into small rings 120g beef, sliced 20g Thai Chilli Crispies, crumbled Directions Make a spicy dressing by mixing the chilli peppers, lime zest and juice, Kikkoman soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sunflower oil and chives. Transfer the roast beef slices to a plate and sprinkle the spicy dressing over the roast beef. Crumble the Thai Chilli Crispies over the roast beef.
